To work well along side a 1w9, make sure they feel heard and that you’re clear and concise about your expectations. A 1w9 will appreciate feeling like your equal, especially when there is a conflict.
If you want to motivate a 1w9, give them something to be passionate about. However, avoid negativity as this is probably their biggest stressor.
