Avoid multitasking: Focus on one activity at a time to be more efficient. Most people like me like doing things at a time, which is why I lose sight to the other. Doing the most important thing first can help us to concentrate more and finish it quickly.
Set a time limit to complete a task: Remember that the amount needed to finish a job is equal to the amount of time we give ourselves, which is the core of Parkinson’s law. If we set ourselves two weeks to do it, it will take two weeks. If we allow ourselves three days, it will take three days. Goal setting is important in this case.

Don’t look at our credit card as free money. We should pay off credit card debt quickly and maintain good credit. If we have many debts, the one with the highest interest rate should be paid first.
Build Good Habits
The key to better managing life is to build excellent habits – but those good habits must be practical, or we will most likely not stick to them. It’s unlikely that we’ll start getting up at 5 a.m. (even though our preferred bedtime is 1 a.m.), reading for an hour, and then working for 10 hours, particularly if we’re naturally more productive at night and prefer listening to audiobooks than reading. We should know what works best for us, our lifestyle, and our preferences, and then build a routine around it.
