A 2w1 does best when they’re given space to recharge here and there, otherwise they can get carried away with their work and forget to care for themselves.

A 2w1 is probably one of the most selfless and sensitive types in the enneagram system.
At their best, a healthy 2w1 will help others while taking care of their needs. At their worst, they may put others before them to their own point of neglect due to their basic fear of being unwanted.
If you want to avoid stressing a 2w1, let them know they are valued and appreciated. Words of affirmation go a long way in motivating them.
Similar to a three wing, a 2w1 is very driven especially when it comes to helping others. Therefore their ideal work will be volunteering, advocating for others, and taking care of people and animals.
